ARRIVAL TIMES:

Student and Vender meet and greet 3:30pm – 5:00pm

Students to arrive for gowns and pictures 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Guests to arrive 6:00pm – 6:30pm

Graduation from 7:00pm – 9:00pm

The seating of guests in the theatre will be conducted on a first come first serve basis. The graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00pm

TICKETS:

Students are required to provide a $20 nonrefundable deposit when picking up their tickets. Graduates are allocated 4 complimentary guests’ tickets only. Extra tickets are not available currently. Tickets will be available for pick up starting September 30^th, 2024. Graduates must come IN PERSON to the campus to pick up their tickets no later than October25th at 4:00pm Children over the age of 2 years old will need a ticket. Tickets will not be available at the venue.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

There will be an opportunity for graduation photos to be taken on the day of graduation.

GOWNING

All students will be given a gown to be borrowed for the ceremony.

Gowns will be royal blue with a white or gold sash.
